CREDAI organized "Clean India- Skilled India- Strong India" Conclave 2014

New Delhi: Confederation of Real Estate Developers' Associations of India (CREDAI) organized its prestigious annual conclave - CREDAI Delhi Conclave 2014, on November 24-25, 2014 at Hotel Taj Palace, Delhi. The theme of this year's conclave is "Clean India-Skilled India-Strong India".
Hon’ble Minister for UD and HUPA Sh. Venkaiah Naidu congratulated CREDAI for aligning itself with the national mission of Swachch Bharat , development of skills to make the youth more employable to make a strong India. He welcomed a PPP model for the development of 100 smart cities and housing for all. He also announced that the government will be coming up with a policy on interest rate subvention soon.
The event will be a platform to persuade the government authorities to help the industry gain momentum and contribute to the growth of the economy by taking up the policy reform measures.
An MOU regarding the International standards of pertaining the Green Buildings was also signed between Mr. Getamber Anand, President (Elect) – CREDAI and Mr. Prashant Kapoor, Principal Industry Specialist, Green Buildings IFC

Govt. working to flip the Real Estate Sector : Venkaiah Naidu




New Delhi: Urban development and Housing Minister M Venkaiah Naidu, at CREDAI Conclave 2014, promised a turnaround in the real estate sector, impacted by the economic slowdown, by invoking Narendra Modi’s leadership. The government is considering tax breaks for affordable housing, to give a fillip to the real estate sector and is expected to announce a subvention scheme on home loans for middle and lower income group housing.
“We need to look at urban India and economic development, which will lead to advancement of India. We cannot progress in achieving our Housing 2020 plan without support of the private sector,” Naidu said on 24th November at conclave. Revival in the housing sector will also boost GDP growth, he added.
Citing Narendra Modi’s leadership, Naidu said, “3D Modi is the remedy for economic recovery and rapid growth will help people of the country fulfill their aspirations. Narendra Modi is 3D because he is dynamic, decisive and dares to think big and these three dimensions of the PM are making him hugely popular both within and outside the country.”

New Delhi: The Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India (CREDAI), the apex body for private Real Estate developers in India, organized its Mega Event “CREDAI Conclave 2014” on 24th & 25th November at Taj Palace, New Delhi.
Four different sessions took place on both the days in which different speakers, Honorable Ministers and some biggies of the Real Estate Industry expressed their views and raise some issues on different Topics. The whole Event was based on the Construction Industry, Labour Laws and Environmental issues, Housing for All by 2022, Smart Cities, “Swachch Bharat Abhiyaan”, Skilled India and Strong India.
The Ministers who graced the event by their presence and speech are Sh. Venkaiah Naidu (Minister of UD & HUPA), Sh. P Muralidhar Rao (National Gen. Sec., Bhartiya Janata Party), Sh. Manohar Lal Khattar (CM of Haryana), Sh. Rajiv Pratap Rudy (Minister of skill Development & Entrepreneurship), Sh. Bandaru Dattatreya (Minister for Labour & Employment), Sh. Prakash Javadekar (Minster for Environment & Forests), Sh. Ram Kripal Yadav (Minister for Drinking Water & Sanitation) and Sh. Babul Supriya (Minister of State for UD & HUPA).
