CREDAI CONCAVE 2014 - A MEGA EVENT

New Delhi: The Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India (CREDAI), the apex body for private Real Estate developers in India, organized its Mega Event “CREDAI Conclave 2014” on 24th & 25th November at Taj Palace, New Delhi.
Four different sessions took place on both the days in which different speakers, Honorable Ministers and some biggies of the Real Estate Industry expressed their views and raise some issues on different Topics. The whole Event was based on the Construction Industry, Labour Laws and Environmental issues, Housing for All by 2022, Smart Cities, “Swachch Bharat Abhiyaan”, Skilled India and Strong India.
The Ministers who graced the event by their presence and speech are Sh. Venkaiah Naidu (Minister of UD & HUPA), Sh. P Muralidhar Rao (National Gen. Sec., Bhartiya Janata Party), Sh. Manohar Lal Khattar (CM of Haryana), Sh. Rajiv Pratap Rudy (Minister of skill Development & Entrepreneurship), Sh. Bandaru Dattatreya (Minister for Labour & Employment), Sh. Prakash Javadekar (Minster for Environment & Forests), Sh. Ram Kripal Yadav (Minister for Drinking Water & Sanitation) and Sh. Babul Supriya (Minister of State for UD & HUPA).
The biggies who shared the dais with the Ministers were Mr. Anuj Puri (Chairman & Country Head of Jones Lang LaSalle), Mr. Getamber Anand (President-Elect of CREDAI), Mr. Lalit Jain (Chairman – CREDAI), Mr. Sushil Mantri (Vice President – CREDAI), Mr. C. Shekhar Reddy (President – CREDAI), Sh. Sunil Arora (Chairman- Department of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship), Sh. J. P. Rai (Director General – National Skill Development Agency), Mr. J P. Shroff (Chairman – Kushal), Sh. Ravi Wig (President – Employer Federation of India), Sh. Rajan Kaicker (Executive Chairman – Franklin Covey for India & South Asia), Sh. Prashant Kapoor (Principal Industry Specialist, Green Buildings, IFC), Sh. Sanjay Gupta (MD – PNB Housing Finance Ltd.) and many more.
Mr. R K Arora (CMD – Supertech Ltd.), Mr. Rajesh Goyal (MD – RG Group), Mr. Rish R. Tej (Chairman & CEO – Shree Capital Advisory), Mr. Dinesh Jain (CMD – Exotica Housing & Infrastructure Co. Pvt. Ltd.), Mr. Aman Nagar (Director – K V Developers), Mr. S K Jaggi (COO – Eldeco Housing & Industries Ltd.), Mr. Antony Parokaran (CEO - Schindler India) and many more with all the CREDAI members. The event was a big successful.
